Refund Policy

Return & Replacement Policy

At Sab99.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, please note that we do not provide any refunds. Instead, we offer item replacements or product exchanges as per the conditions mentioned below.

1. Replacement Policy

  • Products are eligible for replacement only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
  • You must notify us within 24Hrs of receiving the order, along with proof (unboxing video/photos).
  • The replacement will be processed once the returned item is received and verified by our team.

2. Exchange Policy

  • If the product delivered is not as per your requirement, you may request an exchange for another item of equal or higher value (price difference, if any, to be paid by customer).
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. No Cash Refunds

Please note that we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. Any approved claim will be settled through replacement or exchange only.

4. Account Deposit

In certain cases, if an adjustment is required, the equivalent value will be deposited in the customer’s Sab99 wallet/account for use in future purchases. No cash will be returned to the customer directly.
